Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Engineer to develop and manage our dealer/distributor network, drive product sales, and support channel partners with technical and commercial expertise. The role suits someone who can combine sales execution with product understanding and relationship building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners.
Drive sales through channel partners and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and pre-sales guidance.
Conduct regular dealer visits, training sessions, and joint customer meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance.
Support marketing activities, trade shows, and local promotional events.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and channel pipeline updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Strong channel sales and dealer management experience.
Good technical understanding of telecom, networking, or electronic products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently.
