About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of Collection Executive. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle collection and payment reminder calls professionally
* Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
* Maintain records of customer interactions and payment updates
* Resolve basic customer queries related to collections
* Achieve daily and monthly targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills:
* Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good convincing and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Eligibility:
* Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
* MBA Freshers are welcome
* Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Finance, Banking, or Collections is a plus
