Job Description

Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through various channels, including field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and existing customer databases.
Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Payday Loans, Salary Loans, and other financial products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Customer AcquisitionContact potential customers through calls, meetings, and field visits.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
Ensure timely submission of customer documents for processing.
Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Process ComplianceVerify customer information and documents before submission.
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth loan processing.
Reporting & MISUpdate daily sales reports and activity trackers.
Monitor lead status and conversion rates.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance.
