Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Company: Matrix Info Systems Pvt Ltd
Location: Okhla Phase – 2, New Delhi
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Work Mode: Full-time | Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, professional, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, business communications, client interactions, and strategic coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to represent the Director in meetings and client interactions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Handle domestic and international calls, emails, and business correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate with international clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
Schedule, organize, and manage internal and external meetings.
Attend meetings on behalf of the Director whenever required and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Act as a point of contact between the Director and clients, employees, and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Follow up on pending tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Handle confidential information, business documents, and sensitive data with discretion.
Draft professional emails, proposals, and business communications.
Maintain records, reports, and management documentation.
Support the Director in day-to-day operational, administrative, and business coordination activities.
Assist in client relationship management and business communication initiatives.
Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across teams on behalf of the Director.

Required Skills
