Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Accounts Field Boy to support our Accounts and Administration team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of office procedures, document handling, bank-related work, and field operations. The candidate must be punctual, trustworthy, and capable of managing both office and field responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Banking Support
Deposit and collect cheques from banks.
Handle bank-related documentation and account-related tasks.
Submit and collect invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Assist the Accounts team with document filing and record maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for document collection and submission.
Field Work
Visit government offices, banks, clients, and vendors as required.
Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and correspondence.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
Maintain records of field visits and document submissions.
Office Support
Assist in maintaining office files and records.
Support administrative activities as assigned by management.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document organization.
Ensure proper movement and tracking of important documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Prior experience in office administration, accounts support, or field operations preferred.
Strong understanding of banking procedures and document handling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be familiar with routes and locations in Delhi NCR.
 Preferred Requirements
Experience working with Accounts or Finance departments.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred).
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
