Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: As Assigned
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in person, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s products/services.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits.
Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer support.
Ensure timely collection of payments, if applicable.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
