Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telecalling and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database and self-generated leads.Generate qualified business leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.Understand customer requirements and introduce the company’s products/services.Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of leads.Maintain a professional approach while handling customer queries and objections.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office,.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Graduation preferred.
