Job Description

Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and mise en place.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Receive, check, and store food supplies as instructed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Help with packing, dispatch, and loading for catering events when required.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Support the kitchen team during production and service periods.
