Job Description

Prepare and cook tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor specialties.
Manage tandoor operations during production and live events.
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
Monitor inventory of tandoor ingredients and report stock requirements.
Minimize wastage and adhere to kitchen SOPs.
