Job Description

Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective Candidates. Explain all Documents, Certification, Eligibility Criteria.  Understand Candidates needs and recommend suitable counceling.  Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.  Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and Documents completion targets  Address queries and resolve basic concerns related to courses and admissions  Build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates.  Guide candidates to complete their required documents accurately and on time.  Verify submitted documents and ensure all details are correct and complete.  Provide counseling to candidates regarding certification process and next steps.  Motivate and support candidates by sharing relevant industry knowledge and career benefits.  Follow up regularly with candidates to help them complete pending formalities.  Maintain proper records of document status, counseling updates, and lead progress in CRM. Work closely with the team to improve lead conversion and closure rate.
