Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive / Retail Sales Executive
Salary: 20k – 25k monthly
Location: Sector 9, Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Generate and follow up on sales leads for fencing wires and related products.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely deliveries.
Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly.
Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and retail customers.
Explain product specifications, pricing, and availability to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Assist customers in selecting suitable fencing wire products based on requirements.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments and outstanding dues.

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Knowledge of fencing wire or hardware products is an added advantage.

Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Work Location: In person
