Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Reporting To: Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:Â Â Â Â
Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Â Â Â Â Â Â
Basic knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent client handling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to conduct property site visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Positive attitude and professional personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) is preferred.

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
Gurgaon-based candidates will be given preference.
