Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Sector135
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / HR Head

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into successful property transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong passion for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research & tellecalling.
Promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and property tours for prospective buyers and investors.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current projects, pricing, market trends, and competitors.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
Build long-term professional relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Min 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English and local languages.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead management platforms.
Willingness to travel and conduct on-site meetings with clients.
