The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, expertise in video editing software, and an understanding of social media content trends. Video editors are typically responsible for editing footage, adding graphics, sound effects, transitions, color correction, and delivering polished content aligned with brand objectives. (Indeed)
Key ResponsibilitiesEdit property videos, promotional videos, client testimonials, and corporate content.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertisements.
Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, effects, and background music.
Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Organize and manage video assets, footage, and project files.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and social media trends. (Indeed)
Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related editing tools.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Experience in editing social media and marketing content.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
QualificationBachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in video editing (Real Estate experience preferred).
Portfolio showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.
