Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, assisting clients in property decisions, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads for property sales
Connect with potential buyers via calls, site visits, and meetings
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business
Update CRM with lead status and sales progress
Stay updated with local property market trends
Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
Good convincing ability and client handling skills
Basic understanding of real estate sales process
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
QualificationGraduate in any stream (preferred)
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
Preferred ExperienceExperience in real estate sales / property dealing
Knowledge of residential/commercial projects in Noida
Experience in site visits and client coordination
Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives
