Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Manager oversees sales activities, manages a team of real estate agents or sales executives, develops sales strategies, builds client relationships, and ensures the successful sale of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and supervise the real estate sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value property deals.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate transactions.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
3–8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with prior team management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
