Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk ManagementWelcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and clients professionally.
Manage the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
Maintain visitor records and entry registers.
Call HandlingAnswer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Take messages and ensure timely communication.
Handle inquiries regarding courses, admissions, and office information.
Administrative SupportSchedule appointments and meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Maintain office files, records, and documents.
Support HR and Admin teams with daily operations.
Student & Client AssistanceProvide basic information regarding courses, admissions, fees, and services.
Coordinate with counselors and other departments for query resolution.
Assist walk-in inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented approach.
