Job Description
Regional Sales Manager – Curre| New Delhi
To Lead liability sales for Current Accounts across the region by driving strategy, mentoring area teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor area sales managers and teams across multiple geographies.Â
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.Â
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve regional business objectives. Act as a bridge between corporate leadership and area teams.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for liability products.Â
- Lead recruitment, training and guidance of Area Sales Managers and Officers to achieve budgets and incentives.Â
- Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book.Â
- Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design and implement regulatory requirements.Â
- Drive regional sales campaigns, customer engagement activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
