We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to promote real estate projects, manage leads, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries.
Contact potential buyers, explain project details, and understand client requirements.
Schedule and conduct site visits with customers.
Present projects, pricing, and payment plans effectively.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and closures.
Maintain a strong relationship with clients to encourage referrals.
Prepare and maintain daily activity reports, lead status, and sales performance.
Coordinate with telecallers, marketing, and admin teams for smooth operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can also be considered).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to handle customers professionally and close deals.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Willingness to travel for site visits.
