Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our B2C sales team in the Debt Resolution industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies and performance plans
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and overall team performance
Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
Improve sales scripts, processes, and customer communication
Work closely with management to scale the business
Handle escalated client situations when necessary
Ensure high-quality customer experience and compliance standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales
Strong background in B2C sales
Experience in Debt Resolution, Debt Collection, Financial Services, Credit Repair, or related industries is highly preferred
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
English proficiency required
Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
