Job Description

️ Key Responsibilities

B2B Space Selling: Drive stall/booth bookings by pitching exhibition participation to manufacturers, OEMs, and raw material suppliers globally.
Sponsorship Monetization: Pitch and sell high-value premium sponsorship packages (e.g., Title, Associate, Kit, or Lounge partnerships) using exhibition dockets.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify new target markets, map prospective exhibitors, and maintain a robust pipeline of high-intent corporate accounts.
Key Account Management: Nurture existing corporate relationships, handle multi-show combo bookings (e.g., Delhi and Mumbai editions), and ensure high retention rates.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and floor-planning teams to ensure client booth allocations and deliverables are met seamlessly.
Association & Trade Body Liaisoning: Coordinate with core industry associations, trade bodies, and PSUs supporting the event to leverage network relationships for sales.

Experience & Qualifications

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B Space Selling, Concept Selling, or Corporate Sponsorship Sales within the Exhibition/Trade Show/Event Management industry.
Experience selling in industrial, electrical, electronic, or lighting sectors is a major advantage.

Technical & Soft Skills

Excellent Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle complex pricing discussions, predefined slab policies, and customized sponsorship packages.
Effective Communication: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills for professional email drafting, LinkedIn networking, and cold outreach.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to track leads, log conversations, and update sales forecasts.
Resilience & Drive: A high-energy professional comfortable working with monthly/quarterly sales targets and deadlines.
