Sales Team Leader – Real EstateCompany: Apna (Real Estate Division / Property Advisory)

About the RoleApna is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring lead conversion, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and motivate a team of 5–15 Sales Executives.
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Allocate and manage leads generated through digital and offline channels.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
Build relationships with developers, investors, and channel partners.
Track sales performance through CRM and MIS reports.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Minimum 1–3 years of team handling experience.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
