Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a good understanding of marketing concepts. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, prepare business reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.
Prepare, analyze, and present business reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel and other reporting tools.
Collect, interpret, and analyze business data to support decision-making.
Coordinate with clients, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Prepare presentations, business proposals, and management reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and business correspondence.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, MIS Executive, or similar role.
Experience in client handling and business coordination is mandatory.
Experience in marketing support or business development will be preferred.

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good understanding of marketing principles and market research

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
