Position: Technical Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a technically sound and client-focused Technical Pre-Sales Executive who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable fire safety and suppression solutions, coordinate with vendors, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
The ideal candidate should be capable of converting client requirements into complete solution designs by identifying required products, components, sensors, accessories, and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements through meetings, site visits, and discussions.
Analyze project requirements and recommend suitable fire safety and suppression solutions.
Identify and source required components, accessories, sensors, panels, and related equipment through vendors and OEMs.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and channel partners for technical specifications and quotations.
Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, solution presentations, and cost estimations.
Support the sales team during client discussions and technical presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers.
Work closely with operations and installation teams for project feasibility.
Maintain technical documentation, vendor database, and project records.
Stay updated with industry trends, fire safety technologies, sensors, automation systems, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Fire & Safety, Mechanical, or related field.
Strong understanding of sensors, fire alarm systems, suppression systems, electrical components, and automation products.
Ability to understand technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Knowledge of vendor sourcing and procurement coordination.
Excellent proposal-making and documentation skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Fire Safety, Fire Protection, Automation, ELV, Security Systems, Industrial Safety, or MEP industry.
Experience in preparing technical proposals and solution design.
Exposure to client meetings, site surveys, and technical presentations.
