Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Explain project features, pricing, and available offers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Update management on lead status and conversion progress.
