Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales activities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
