Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Location:Noida

Experience:1 – 2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from company database
Handle incoming inquiries related to real estate projects
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits for sales executives
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system
Follow up with interested clients for conversion

Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of real estate industry
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Ability to handle client queries effectively
Salary & Benefits:₹2,0000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed Salary)
