Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The candidate should possess good communication skills and be comfortable with outbound calling.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain company projects and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English and Hindi speaking ability.
Confidence in handling outbound and cold calls.
Lead generation and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience0–2 Years (Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales experience preferred)
SalaryAs per company standards + Attractive Incentives.
