Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele sales Executive / Senior Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calling efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and business partners to generate sales opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3–4 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or telemarketing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in D2C, FMCG, personal care, healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce industries.
Experience handling high-volume customer interactions and lead conversions.
Familiarity with online sales channels and customer engagement practices.
