Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job SummaryAgarwal & Gehlot Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, fixing site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective customers from company-provided data.
Generate and qualify real estate leads.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested clients.
Maintain lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with sales managers for closures and customer meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Real Estate Sales, BPO, or Lead Generation.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication preferred.
Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and calling systems.
Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Working Hours10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
