Job Description

Contact customers through calls, emails, SMS to recover overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs, loan repayments, and outstanding balances.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
Achieve assigned collection targets and recovery objectives.
Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on aging buckets.
Escalate high-risk and non-responsive accounts to senior management for further action.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Legal teams.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and fair collection practices.
Handle customer queries and disputes related to loan repayments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
