Job Description
Customer SupportHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with queries related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, EMIs, account statements, and closures.
Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
Build and strengthen customer relationships through quality service.
Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and issue resolutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Complaint ResolutionInvestigate customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Escalate complex cases to supervisors or concerned teams when required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Process ComplianceAdhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and customer service standards.
Ensure proper verification of customer details before sharing sensitive information.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Documentation & ReportingUpdate customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
Maintain accurate records of complaints, requests, and resolutions.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer service activities.
