Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct site visits, build strong client relationships, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth sales execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
