Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate production activities.
Ensure food is prepared, packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately as per event requirements.
Maintain dispatch checklists and verify all equipment, food, and supplies before loading.
Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular cleanliness and temperature checks across production and storage areas.
Ensure FIFO practices, proper food storage, and waste control procedures are followed.
Coordinate with chefs, stores, and operations teams for seamless event execution.
Train and monitor kitchen staff on SOPs, hygiene, and food handling practices.
Report maintenance, quality, or operational issues to management.
