Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Collection Executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Develop incentive structures to improve collection productivity.
Ensure adequate staffing and workforce planning for collection operations.
Analyze collection trends and portfolio performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
Monitor key collection metrics and identify areas of improvement.
Utilize data analytics to enhance recovery rates and operational efficiency.
