Job Description
Experience: 1-2 Years
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Officer with hands-on experience in the NBFC/Fintech sector.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Personal Loan / Payday Loan segment (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of credit appraisal, underwriting, and lending policies
Hands-on experience in reloan / renewal / top-up loan processing
Ability to assess customer profiles, banking patterns, and repayment capacity
Good knowledge of risk assessment and loan evaluation processes
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct credit assessment and verification of loan applications
Analyse financial and customer data to evaluate repayment capability
Process personal loan and repeat loan applications as per policy guidelines
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards
Coordinate with operations, collections, and sales teams for smooth processing
Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting
