Job Description
Position : Customer Service Executive
Job Summary : The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing loan-related support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide information regarding loan applications, disbursements, EMIs, repayments, foreclosure, and account statements.
Resolve customer complaints and service requests within defined TATs.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Assist customers with loan servicing requests, NOCs, and account-related updates.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards.
Escalate unresolved issues as per the escalation matrix.
Achieve customer satisfaction, service quality, and productivity targets.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Fintech.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of lending products and loan servicing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
