Job Description
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and explain loan products and offerings
Convert leads into successful disbursements and achieve sales targets
Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain daily calling records
Guide customers through the loan application and onboarding process
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
Ensure proper documentation and customer data accuracy
Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of telesales experience in NBFC/Fintech industry
Experience in short-term personal loans/payday loans is preferred
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
Good understanding of customer handling and sales processes
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively
