Job Description
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to airline services.
Assist customers with flight reservations, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
Address baggage, check-in, travel policy, and itinerary-related queries.
Provide accurate information regarding airline services and travel requirements.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory
Graduation completed (Bachelor’s Degree).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Preferred
Freshers from Non-Technical backgrounds such as BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BHM, BCA, etc.
Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Travel, Hospitality, Aviation, or Voice Support will be given preference.
Technical graduates (B.Tech, BE, MCA, etc.) with relevant customer support experience may also be considered.
