Job Description
Position: Personal Loan Sales ExecutiveDhansetuu Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executives with prior experience in the lending industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Personal Loans and Overdraft products and have hands-on experience working with a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
Key Requirements:Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience in Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales.
Prior experience working with a DSA is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Personal Loan and Overdraft products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and banking processes.
Ability to source quality leads and convert them into business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage Personal Loan and Overdraft business through various sourcing channels.
Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable financial solutions.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per company and banking guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall team performance.
