*Hiring Team Leader – Loan Sales |
*Location:* Noida Sector-15 |
*About the Role*Â Â
We’re looking for a driven Team Leader to manage and scale our loan sales team. If you have a track record of hitting targets and building high-performing teams in PL, BL, OD, HL, or LAP, we want you.
*Key Responsibilities*Â Â
– Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of 8-10 sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets
– Train team members on product knowledge, pitch, objection handling, and compliance
– Track daily calls, leads, login files, and conversion ratios. Drive team productivity
– Build and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners and direct customers
– Resolve escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction + quick TAT
– Share market feedback and competitor insights with management
*Requirements*Â Â
– *Experience:* 2-5 years in loan sales with 1+ year as team lead/TL. Must have handled PL, BL, OD, or similar
– *Skills:* Strong communication, team handling, target orientation, basic Excel/CRM
– *Education:* Graduate in any stream.
– *Traits:* Self-motivated, street-smart, strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure
