Job Description

Team Leader (Personal Loan Sales)Dhansetuu Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling Personal Loan sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training, and support.
Develop sales strategies to increase productivity and revenue generation.
Handle client queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
Maintain daily sales reports and performance records.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and disbursement.
Requirements:Minimum experience in Personal Loan Sales and team handling.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and loan processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets effectively.
Positive attitude with a professional approach.
